Help answer this question below.

I have a 1993 Ford Taurus. On the bottom of the oil pan there is a drain plug and above the drain plug is a sensor or some kind The wire broke off and now the oil light stays on. Could this be the problem why the light is on all the time?

    that is your low oil sensor repair the wire and replace the sensor, if I remember right, it just pushes in, that should take care of it, oh and ck your oil.
