Not legally.

If there is a DVD screen able to play within the driver's field of vision while the vehicle is in motion then that is ILLEGAL.

REPEAT, ILLEGAL.

And if you modify it thusly and I catch you weaving erratically because you are too busy watching movies to drive, I WILL shoot you in the head! I may go to prison, but it'll be a small price to pay for taking a dangerous motorist like you off the road before you plow into a schoolbus full of small children.
The reason it is illegal is for the same reasons that many jurisdictions ban the use of cellphones while driving. If you have better things to do than drive DON' T GET BEHIND THE WHEEL! YOU'RE NOT IN YOUR LIVING ROOM; YOU'RE IN A LARGE, FAST-MOVING METAL OBJECT THAT CAN KILL PEOPLE!

I completely agree. You have no business watching movies while the car is moving.

On the technical side, anything is possible. However, if it is a factory installed system, it cuts your success rate dramatically. I doubt that any shop will do it. If you find one that will, it will cost you a small fortune, you'll probably have to sign a waver relieving them of liability, and you'll void you're factory warranty. Not to mention that if you alter this, and afterwards have electrical problems in the vehicle, Buick will charge you a TON on money to fix them, and likely will make you pay to replace the factory altered parts. So, just don't do it.
