Is it possible to have a happy life if you have had an unhappy childhood or will the hurt always be there?

Yes you can have a happy life. But happiness doesn't just come to you you have to work for it. I learned to be happy by learning to change how I see things. I am a more positive person now. I don't always look for things to worry about. I try to see things from other people perspective.
