To whom?? It should be embarrassing to the parent(s). If they have to go as far as using a leash on their own child in order to keep control of them then I would surely be ashamed. Maybe you haven't seen a toddler who looked ashamed, but you don't know how they're really feeling. Just wait till they grow up and find out that as a kid they were "harnessed". Does that not even sound the least bit embarrassing to you at all?
