Do you think it is possible, "if your partner had a one night stand", would he have sex with you hours after, or is it unlikely due to feeling guilty?

    It's possible. It depends on how the individual justifies things in his/her own mind. Often, people who are lying to others or hurting them in some way tell themselves some sort of story to maintain a feeling of righteousness. If the individual is able to justify the action and alleviate guilt, it is possible, but these are the signs of someone with sociopathic tendencies.
