How do you get a 13 month old to like to drink from a sippy cup? All he does is chew on it and then wants his bottle to drink from.

    13 months is about when they start to transition to a sippy cup. Make sure you are using a sippy cup with a stopper... the baby will treat this like a nipple - that is, they will suck it. Most sippy cups have a stopper that has two flow levels (you just reverse the direction). So start with the minimal flow and work towards the heavier flow. Keep in mind if they resist and want the bottle, give them the bottle. After all, the point is to get them the nutrition and slowly introduce the sippy cup.
