What does blood in a dream symbolize?

    JUSTNORMAL

    Depending on who is bleeding and out of what part of the body would help more. Basically it means "guilt." When we have done something, or we are hiding something, it can come out in our dreams, as blood. It is what keeps us alive and healthy, so it also indicates that whatever this is you are holding onto, is slowly making you kinda sick. Resolve the issue and the dream will stop

    • A friend of mine had this dream where her younger brother (who is deceased) started to bleed from his nose. If it is any help she has regular dreams with deceased relatives. There were three in this one.

    • Ok the bleeding indicates family (to her) as in "blood relative." Still feel she has not completely come to grips with their deaths. Also I TRULY believe that our loved ones linger on and many times surface while we are awake or asleep. Was one a suicide?
