Why are we taught that condoms grant an acceptable level of protection against AIDS, but at the same time they are not considered 100% effective as a form of birth control? Is this a double standard?

  • The say that sex with a condom is SAFER sex not SAFE sex. The only way to be 100% safe from HIV is to not use intervenous drugs, and not have sex.
