Do you find it morally acceptable to kill someone if they are about to kill you?
Upon what moral code do you base this decision?

    of course. obviouusly, they are a bad person if they are trying to kill you. you would be doing the world a great injustice by letting him/her/it kill you. Much like when spiderman lets the robber get away and it comes back to haunt him. "the only thing nessasary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing." plus otherwise they would kill you.
