Difficult to say. If there was no social stigma attached to sexual orientation, then perhaps we might get reliable figures.
But from a lifetime of experience, I would say that there are many more bisexual people in society than we imagine. Bisexual including people who have felt sexual or emotional interest in someone of the same sex at some time in their lives. In fact I wouldn't be surprised to find that the majority of us were bisexual, with 100% heterosexual and 100% homosexual representing the extreme end of the spectrum.
