Can you do anything about a mother who has never taken her 2 year old son for any of his shots?

There are many reasons that a parent may have for a child not to be vaccinated. Some children are allergic to components of the vaccine. Some vaccines contain mercury which when combined with exposure to other pollutants can cause autism. I even thing that some religions forbid vaccines but I am not sure about that one. If the child is otherwise healthy then I would just leave it alone.

This is because the girl doesn't care. The only reason she had him was to try and make her boyfriend marry her, and then he still wouldn't marry her!

Well then there are more important issues at stake than vaccinations aren't there. If she is medically neglecting the child then you can call cps. But they aren't going to investigate just b/c she didn't have the child vaccinated.

The grandparents want to do something about this, but they don't want to cause problems. As far as I know they even asked her if they could have him and she said no. Why, I don't know, she never has him with her anyway!
