Is it easy to move to canada from the united states?

    Apparently you need:
    Immigrants must obtain a visa from the Canadian Visa Office and fill out an application for permanent residence from the Consulate General of Canada. Applications take an average of 25 months to process. Bush dodgers arriving in Canada must also provide a valid passport, two copies of a detailed list of all personal items brought into the country and two copies of a list of all items on the way, and proof of enough funds to cover expenses for the first six months.

    • It's not just Bush dodgers. I personally don't know of any of the presidents that are worth two nickels. I lived in Canada and I live in the States. The cost of living in Canada is allot and the goverment has its problems like all goverments do. It is the absolute beauty of Canada and her people that have always helped me to overlook the buerocrats crap. There is not a country that can come close to her beauty and the people are wonderful and friendly. I miss Canada with all of the bull that has to be put up with, ( that includes the GST and the new one that just got made up). I live in northern Idaho so I am at least a little blest that I can visit and be a part of her once in awhile. I miss Canada and remember her beauty. There are problems but Canadians need to remember thier strength and thier heart.
