I had a one night stand while drunk. If I tell my fiance he will be so upset and will just leave me. What should I do?

It's over. If you tell him now he'll probably call off the wedding, collect his things and leave.
Don't tell him and he will eventually find out later (somehow, it always happens) when you are married with kids and a mortgage. That's when things get difficult. With custody battles and property settlement. This will not only hurt you and him, but your children as well.
Tell him what you've done as soon as possible because the longer you leave it the worse it will get. After a while he may forgive you and take you back but it will never be the same. He will begin to doubt your fidelity putting strain on your relationship.
