Does toothpaste really help with reducing acne redness?

    No way. That is probably the dumbest thing i've ever heard, other than this story about a guy who burnt the inside of his rectum lighting his own farts.

    Control of acne means taking control of your diet. If you eat a bunch of greasy shit, or take a bunch of medications you are bound to break out.

    I remember trying all kinds of crap too. You really need proper nutrition, proper soap (Calben Five Star Soap Company) , and proper exercise/sunlight. Good luck.
