The binders and starches can cause bronchitis, pneumonia, rhinorrhea and mucosal irritation but that's pretty much it. Snorting methylphenidate is a viable method to introduce it quickly into the body.
Snorting pills with binders, buffers and starches is usually a pretty bad idea.
