I can't give you a job, but I do need to ask: What type of visa do you have? If you're coming over on a tourist visa, you can't work.
How does this sound as for a summary of qualifications on my resume?

Okay, you shouldn't have a problem then. My advice would be to look for upscale bars and/or specialty restaurants (those owned by the executive chef are best). They have the best pay in the industry.
