Help answer this question below.

If a car was sold without a leinholder noted on the title and the new owners stopped making monthly payments can I legally repossess the car. I have receipts showing how much was paid and how much is owed.

    you will need to go to civil court an show all the imformation, if they can't prove payment in full ,they will have to pay off the car.
