Help answer this question below.

How can i prove to the court that my soon to be ex husband is unfit. he left us months ago for a younger woman. he hasnt offered any support for me or the kids and refuses to take a drug test. but the judge still gave him visitation.

    Leaving you for a younger woman and not paying you support does not make him unfit. Drugs might make him unfit, but even if he uses drugs he would still be entitled to visitation (albeit possibly supervised).
