I can relate. I KNOW my boss dislikes me. I am never given anything beyond the minimum job to do...so I have little opportunity to excel. She is always on the hiring panel...and somehow I always score at the bottom. My only satisfaction is that I know she's tried everything to get rid of me but can't.

I do agree my boss dislikes me to the point that she will lie to our Regional Manager in order to make herself look good. I have been considering taking a PT position just to have the ability to grow under a different manager. I am perplexed as to why she behaves the way she does. I am often given assignments that we are both to work on, to simply find that at the last second (or day of performance) she simply changes her mind. Leaving me looking silly and unprofessional to outside businesses looking to partner with our company. All I can say is beyond bending over backwards to please her all I can do is use wisdom, work harder and smarter and do a whole lot of praying. I wish there were eyes on managers and even test to determine the honesty, integrity and true managerial balance effectively displayed by all those governing lower working employees.
