The infielder throws to first, but the batter is safe, the other runner from first is not a second yet, is he force out or tag out at second

Can a player in baseball who was thrown out, be awarded 1st base because, in the umpire's judgment, there was intentional fan interference?

You're reading There is a runner on 1st, 1 out. Ground ball hit to 1st. 1st baseman touches 1st base. At this point, is the runner who was originally on 1st allowed to return to first base before he reaches 2nd now that 1st base is vacant?
