My lips are quite sore and also very numb? they feel abit tingely, what do you think this could be ? its quite irritating

Have you been outside in the cold? They could be chapped or windburned? Keep them well moisturised.

How does the rest of your mouth/throat feel? Any known allergies? If this is a maybe, take some antihistamine tablets and keep an eye on it.
