Help answer this question below.

My estranged wife hired a psychologist to talk with our children, and is now claiming I hurt them. Now, the psychologist has hired a lawyer to keep from having to testify in court. How can I fight this?

    Don't forget the Dr. is under oath not to talk about exactly what the child said behind closed doors. It is, however, a legal responsibility to report child abuse to the authorities. Due to doctor-patient confidentiality - he may not have to testify, or if he does - not many details will be forth coming.
