Question

We were trying to get pregnant for 2 years with no luck.I recently underwent surgery to remove 1 of my ovaries. Now I think I may be pregnant but can that really happen with 1 ovary? It's only been 3 months since the surgery?

As far as I am aware the ovaries release one egg each so it is very much possible to get pregnant with only one overy.
