Wet bread, place in a brown paper bag and microwave for 30/45 seconds.

    • a very narrow baguette can be brought back by cutting in 4 inch sections. first spray water into a zip lock with a plant sprayer. just a couple squirts. then toss in the bread and close the zip. toss the bag around so that the bread gets a little of the moisture. i bought the baguette, yesterday, and didn't take it out of its original bag and it was hard as a rock, this AM. this method seems to work fine.
