    Yes. You may want to look at the "no cost refi" ads they have on television. I know it can easily cost $1,000 - $2,000, but you should look around. Bankrate.com should be of assistance or perhaps you could look to LendingTree for offers? At that rate, you may be working with a strictly subprime lender. I'd be wary.
