Do you burn more fat when you exercise with an empty stomach?

    Let's see. If you eat too much before exercising, you might get stomach cramps and gas. But if you don't eat enough, you may fall out due to lack of energy and you won't optimize your fat burning.

    SUGGESTION: Eat a healthy meal first. Then give yourself enough time before excercising.

    You need energy to burn energy.
