Honestly, you don't "convince" her. Simply ask her if she would like like to try it and if she doesn't, let the subject drop. Men need to understand that anal sex can be very painful for women unless the woman is willing, ready and completely relaxed. And for goodness sakes, never try to guilt her into it or pressure her. I've had friends dump their boyfriends over things like this. Just take your time, be tactful and she'll eventually come around. If she doesn't, well, anal sex just isn't for everyone.
