Runner on 3rd w/2 outs.A batter grounds safe, the 3rd base runner scores. 1st base runner goes off the base,tagged out. Does the run count?

The infielder throws to first, but the batter is safe, the other runner from first is not a second yet, is he force out or tag out at second

You're reading Runners @ 2nd & 3rd w/ 1out.Batter flies out to center field. Both runners tag up. Runner on 3rd tags up legitimately. Runner on 2nd left early. Umpire calls runner @ 2nd out on an appeal. Does the run count from the runner who tagged from 3rd?

Note that if the appeal play (throw to 2nd) is completed before the run scores, then the run would not count.
