Thats cool! The first must do you have covered if you are flying into S.D. airport. It is the most wicked approch and landing ever! You fly over a mountain and then just drop like a rock to get to the runway. You'll see what I mean. Another thing is to catch a dinner cruise on the bay. Great sights and good food. Make sure you make it to Torrey Pines. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torrey_Pines_State_Reserve
Take a camera and your walking shoes. Go to Seaport Village http://www.seaportvillage.com/ a fun place to walk around. I also would make sure you have room in the budget for one expensive meal and get some seafood. There a a couple of good places in Seaport Village. Just a few suggestions. Lucky You!
