Does methamphetamine affect people differently than all other controlled substances?

    Methamphetamine is the only substance that does exactly what it does. Different people experience different things, with meth, and with any other drug. That said, some effects can be mimicked with other drugs.

    Cocaine gives a similar sense of euphoria and chattiness.
    Pot gives a similar sense of connectedness (some speed users get that effect).
