Help answer this question below.

I heard someone say something about seeing "a sperm sponge sucking on a cancer stick." What does this mean?

    A "cancer stick" is often a cigarette.

    A "sperm sponge" would almost certainly refer to a woman who was likely of low morals.

    So possibly they were referring to a prostitute smoking a cigarette, or something similar.
