    While over 100 episodes of "Barney and Friends" has been produced since 1987, most public television stations show only a handful of these.

    Repetition is good to teach simple concepts to children, but to adults this leads to maddess. Before long, an adult will start to sing "I love you, You love me, Let's hang Barney from a tree.."

    From personal experience.
