i've tried a number of shampoos and conditioners that claim to deliver volume, both drugstore and salon brands, and i've found one to really work the best for me surprisingly is suave's amplifying line. ! i was truly amazed with the results, and being so cheap, it doesn't hurt to try.

another nice product is redken's inflate (now i think called workforce 09) hairspray.

plus, it also helps to get a short to medium length hair style, so all that hair won't weigh itself down.
