I don't take people serious when they ask me questions online. It's almost like they didn't take the time and consideration to do it in person (or sometimes balls). So I usually dismiss it.

Plus it's so easy to ask everyone on your buddy list to hang out, but not in person. I suggest you approach her in person. It's much tougher, but the sooner you do it the easier it will be for you in the future to communicate with other ladies.
