How to emotionally deal with the fact that your girlfriend has had a few relationships in the past? Or does it even matter?

If she doesn't wax poetically about these guys and gush over how wonderful they were, I doubt that it should have much negative impact on your relationship with her. Focus on you and her NOW and not history.

In fact, she really regrets having had those past relationships. She talked to me about them, and had to remind herself that they were bad experiences. And she did promise how she wouldn't go back with them. Maybe I am just thinking too much. Thanks.

Are you concerned that maybe they curled her toes in bed and you have to measure up to them in the bedroom? It's a logical thing to think about. However, from the regret about these past relationships, they don't sound like guys that she would consider a LTR or marriage with. Be happy you have her, try not to dwell on any insecurities you may have and be the understanding gent that you probably are.

Yes, I have to admit that I had a strong sense of insecurity. Thought it is much better now as I realized how truthful she is. Dwelling in the past is never a good thing, thanks for pointing out.
