Should Ladyboys use the male of female toilets & would you feel comfortable urinating alongside him/her in the bathroom?

How do I know if I'm transgender? I'm 17 and biologically a female...but I don't know if I really am one.

You're reading Is there really any specific way to determine whether a person is intersexed or transgender?

Good point. But, let me ask you this:
What if someone was born with both parts, how would you determine if the doctor removed one or the other genitals?
by LdyCharlene on December 19th, 2006
Part of it depends on the individual - size of the original genitals and how developed each on was. Also, at what age was the operation done?
And on the procedure - how invasive was the operation and how fine was the stitching?
If one genitalia isn't dominant, parents will often wait until the child begins to develop masculine or feminine traits before they decide on which part to remove... Some even wait until puberty to see which part is developing or to let the child decide. But the later in life the procedure is done, the likelihood of scarring mentally and physically increases.

Thumbs-up jt. Why the need to cloak and dagger though, Charlene? If the person is presenting, why not let them be who they are?

You know nothing about TGs. They are not remotely similar to CDs aka transvestites. A TG is born with gender body and mindsets that are mis matched. ONe percent of the population is TG of one sex or the other. CDs dress because it fills a psycholocial need to do so. CD men do not have a female mindset or think that they are female.
