Is it possible to load a PowerPoint file into an MDB file so it remains static and can be used without having to browse the user's file system?

    That wouldn't be wise, as Powerpoint files are fat, as in not skinny. However, it is possible to place into a field the location of the presentation, and have a routine using Shell, (along with some simple string manipulation) to execute the presentation - assuming you wish to use Access to track a list of presentations.
