What should you do if your child wants to see what it's like to suck on your breasts?

    If your child is curious because he or she has just been exposed to breastfeeding (a perfectly natural and acceptable use of breasts), you have a couple of choices. You can either explain to the child that he or she is too old, and only babies get to breastfeed. Or, if you happen to be the one lactating and the child is yours, and he or she is young enough for you to feel comfortable with it, you could allow him or her to do so. It's quite likely the child merely wants to mimic the baby, and a quick suck will be enough to satisfy the child's curiosity.

    It's really quite context dependent, as to whether it's inappropriate or not.
