Help answer this question below.

Anyone have an idea whats gonna be my sentence in court once i need to apear i got caught with 10 grams of cocaine in my pocket. i was in a friends house who had a search warrant in her house and i was there when cops get into the house i wasnt high,Wa

    well the search warrant probably was for something different than your cocaine, so i would imagine that they cant do anything about it b/c if cocaine wasn't on the warrant i don't think they can do anything about anything else they find that isn't on the warrant. i really am not sure

      It was found on you, during a pat-down sherch for weapons. They got you. So, do what these other guys tell you to do. rehab, hair cut, 'sorry as hell you did it, and won't ever do it again!' line of bullshit. You'll only get probation.
