I just quit smoking 2 months ago with will power and a medical reason. I have used all the methods in the past and none worked for me. You need to really have an internal motivation to help you quit. You can look at pictures, hear stories and meet people with ailments, but until you KNOW that it can happen to you or is happening to you, patches and such might not work as well. Find your motivation then just remember it's a rocky road for a week or two, cravings will lessen and moods will go back to normal. I started knitting and sewing to keep my hands busy. I also, joined a local gym to help with the desire to eat EVERYTHING. I justified the cost, because what I spend a month on membership dues is just a little over what I would spend in a week smoking.
    Good luck!!!
