    Yes. Here's an example
    Q: What question should you ask to find out my name?
    A: What is your name?
    Most questions that appear to answer questions actually don't, but make something seem apparent to the asker or simply ask for more information to give a true answer.
    Eg Q: What day is it today?
    A: Well what day was it yesterday?
    Or Q: What is your dog's name?
    A: Which dog?
