Ok guy's when you welcome a new ABer and its a female do you hope that she doesn't think your trying to 'crack on' to her?...girls can answer this as well about welcoming males to AB

I'm guessing "crack on" means the same as "hit on" or "pick up". When I do welcome a new member, being male or female has nothing to do with it, its just a general welcome. That being a possibility never even crossed my mind.
