Yes.. it's not easy. Especially if you smoke a lot everyday.
The first week is the hardest. Stay busy! Very busy.
And avoid friends that smoke because it will make the transition harder.
Maybe try a vacation somewhere new! New people, new places, new things to do. That might keep you busy enough to break your habit.
Once I quit smoking, I had the most intricate, vivid dreams every night. That encouraged me to not want to start again.
