You're reading A friend of mine was raped recently while at work. She just found out that she is pregnant, and has every reason to believe that the child is the product of that rape. Is it right for her to abort the child?

Awesome!!! Had some problems with allergies, but they've seemed to get it under control.
Candy's been getting therapy, and is doing well, loves her little Nickole very much.
She is dealing with a lot of bitterness over the rape (of course), but dealing all the same. Keep her in your prayers (if you do that sort of thing).
Thanks for the concern. Most have just seen this as an opportunity to argue their views. It's nice when someone actually shows concern for wellbeing of others.

I read the Q and decided to see how people reacted. Glad to hear she and the baby are doing well. I admire her for her choice. I don't know what I would do. She must be a very strong woman! Hats off to her!!
