Do state schools offer reduced tuition for students with good grades who are from out of state?

    The reason I stated that is because If you come to a school and you are out of state, no matter what school it is, you have to pay a higher price then residents of that state. There are no specific reductions in tuition cost if you are from out of state. kthnx
