Well first of all, you always have dreams, you just don't remember them

Your have 4 different types of sleep that are all in a continuous cycle, and the ROM sleep (rapid eye movement) is the lightest sleep during which you have dreams. It is also called paradoxal sleep because all the scans on brain activity and your eyes move as if you were awake. And if you are awakened by something during this phase, you will remember your dream. If you are awakened during any other phase of deeper sleep, you won't. So it's not healthy or unhealthy to wake up at a different time during you cycle. And don't worry about not having dreams... you have them.

    • I took for granted that since you picked the category "psy - dream analysis" that you meant dream as in a sleeping dream, not as in a goal in life...
