    and effect is a noun!

    • Dude? I am a grown woman...what grade r u in? I was just asking because I was in the middle of writing a business letter and my branch manager is actually the one who couldn't figure it out and I wasn't positive. it's not like I graduated from high school yesterday or use the word on a daily basis. if you have to be a jerk about it, then don't bother answering the question. Damn!
