Tough to say. Psychological disorders can be illusive and difficult to diagnose. Have you been clinically diagnosed? If so, I'd advise you not to wait and see if you grow out of it; seek therapy or, if necessary, medication. However, many people experience varying degrees of social anxiety throughout their lives, and it might be just an awkward stage you're going through, in which case you'll probably grow out of it in time. I hope my answer was helpful. Good luck!
