Islam holds Jesus to have been a messenger and a prophet of God. The Quran gives him the title of the Messiah (without any explanation what it means). According to the Quran, Jesus was born from virgin Mary. God raised him to His Presence. Quran states that Jesus was not crucified and that God lifted him to heaven (completely in contrast with Gospel), and that he will return to Earth before the Day of Judgment and defeat the "Dajjal" and the enemies of Islam(an unknown idea for Christians an Jews). Quran calls Jesus the Spirit of God and the Word of God. But there is no explanation about the meaning of such titles.

    • The claim of Islam is hereisies and lies.

The prophet Daniel foretold the exact time that the Messiah will be killed. Daniel 9:26-

    • Daniel 9:26- And after threescores and two weeks shall the Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the santuary...
Note that it says the Messiah shall be "cut off" (killed), "but not for himself" (for the people).
After Jesus was killed the Roman general Titus beseiged the city of Jerusalem in AD 70 and destroy the city and the temple: this is history speaking.
