Well it does in some cases, but some couples have such a strong bond that can not be destroyed just by sexual desire to try new things.some men and women understand that there partner has sexual desires to fantasize about different scenarios and sex acts. that doesn't mean they want to spend there life with someone that they simply have a sexual attraction to WE ARE ONLY ANIMALS after all. What is very important is that everyone involved gets tested and/or uses condoms
